“The Greatest Week in Human History” , Palm Sunday at FBT (3/29/26)
This Sunday at Florence Baptist Temple, we stepped out of our Revelation series to focus on what I believe is the greatest week in all of human history.
While the world calls it “Spring Break,” and treats it as just another holiday, this is the week when God provided Himself a Lamb, Jesus Christ, to make the full and final payment for sin. We walked through the events of Holy Week: from the Triumphal Entry, to the Cross, to the Resurrection, and saw that every moment was moving toward one purpose: redemption through the blood of Jesus Christ. The Bible is clear: without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. But on that Friday, when Jesus cried, “It is finished,” the scales of divine justice were satisfied forever.
